About Work

Tombs is a typeface designed in
relation to the archaeological site of
Petra, Jordan.
I reused the organic shapes of the
tomb entrances as counter forms
for the lower case letters. The upper
cases are linear letters based on the
monumental engravings on rock,
representative of this famous site. //
